Situated with nice neighborhood yet privately on a small island near Tønsberg. Nature and water nearby. A bit over one hour to Oslo. Child friendly home with four sleeping rooms and a big living room with lots of kids books and things to play with ( age 1-7). Possible to rent with friends and since it’s on two doors with Terrasse and two balcony’s everyone will find a quiet spot for relaxation. We bought the house two month ago and it’s in a cosy but simple condition.

The Space

The house is surrounded by a garden and something the Norwegians call Svalbard. It’s a stone formation with a small wood where kids freely can explore or even set up a tend for the night. There are some trees ( apple and plum, feel free to taste) a doll house, and a terrace in the garden. The ground floor contains a kitchen with gas stove and a table big enough for a family. There is a double living room with sofas, table and books for both young and adult. Games and kids plays are also plenty to find.  During winter time you can enjoy a cozy fire. There are two bedrooms and a toilet on this floor. The first bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs you will find several almost ( yet) empty rooms, one smaller bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms . Both with a door out to a bigger balcony. There is also a smaller balcony.

Getting Around

The next supermarket is in walking distance (800m) and you can travel by bus and train to both Tønsberg, Oslo and Airports. We will be happy to help you.
