General Overview

The back of our home over looks a large pond with a screen lanai. The 1st floor has a lovely kitchen, living room, and dining room that all looks out onto the lanai. The bedrooms upstairs each have their own private en-suite bath rooms.  There is a beautiful shared community pool & hot tub only a few short blocks away. Fort Myers Beach is a quick 15-20 minute drive. There are many other gulf coast beaches within 25-30 minute drive as well.  We are 10 minutes away from MN Twins spring training.

2 story home, 2 bedooms, 3 baths,  kitchen, lving room, dining room, and screened lanai. Large closets for each bedroom. Quiet neighborhood that's close to many stores & restaurants.
