General Overview

Incredible location next to the Padre Island Yacht Club! Open country across the canal. You won't be looking at other homes across the water because there aren't any. If you like to watch boat traffic and wildlife, this is the perfect spot. Two-minute idle time to intercoastal waterway. Watch dolphins, shore birds and beautiful sunsets from our 3 different decks. Fish over our greenlight for trout and redfish.

The Space

3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. First floor: master bedroom with king bed, bathroom with shower, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, deck overlooking the water. Second floor: bedroom with 2 twin beds, bedroom with 1 queen bed and large balcony overlooking water. Lower outdoor level has a deck at water level for boat lift access.

Notes

This condo has a boat lift, but it is reserved for the condo owner unless you obtain permission to use it. Our family uses the condo alot of weekends, so some of those may not be available even though they look available on my calendar.

Neighbourhood

Our condo is on the end of the most southwest finger of North Padre Island. Two canals and the intercoastal canal all converge just outside our back door. The Padre Island Yacht Club is across the canal to our right. Looking south you can see wide open spaces.

Nearest airport

Corpus Christi International is about 20 minutes away.
