General Overview

Beautiful, lived in home in Westminster. 5 mins to grocery stores, 5 mins walk to Ketner Lake for fishing, 10 mins walk to Standley Lake, 15 mins walk to 400 acre dog park. Multiple playgrounds in the area, park right behind the house. Cat and 2 dogs live here so if you're allergic, this might not be the space for you. They'll be traveling with us though.

The Space

The house is a bi-level house with the master bedroom and a full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen, dining and formal living room is also upstairs. Downstairs, we have the family room, a guest bedroom and office for 2 people. The office can be converted to a guest bedroom with an air mattress. The office has 2 desks, one of them a standing desk.

Guest Access

Guest has access to everything except for a couple of closets

Notes

There are chickens in the backyard (free eggs!) You may have to replace their food / water every week.
