Our 1914 originated home is located in an even older street on a 5 minute walk from the beautiful and historic city center of Amersfoort. Our house is modern and atmospheric with original details. .

The space

The 44 mtr long and green garden is our unique selling point which you never expect when standing in front of the house. A large and modern kitchen and dining area contains most you would wish for. The bathroom is spacious with bath and seperated (rain) shower provides. 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single person and a childrens bed)

Neighbourhood

Densily populated with single homes with a wide variety of people. Very close to the train station of Amersfoort and the ancient city center. As well as a 10 minute bike trip to nature (Utrechtse Heuvelrug and landgoed 'Den Treek'). Go canoeing, mountainbiking, walk through park Randenbroek and into the city center for a drink or a cruise on the canals.

Getting around

Most sights and services are reachable on foot or by bike. Trainstation Amersfoort Central as well. To get out of the city into nature, grab a bike and reach it within 10 minutes.
