The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths and is suitable for a couple and additional guest  on high quality sofa bed. 33 sqm terrace with all amenities. Kitchen and bathroom brand new, all appliances.
The terrace has no guardrails so not appropriate for young children.
