General overview
Home exists in a large and beautiful gated community that has a fitness center, many wild natural walking trails, fishing piers, an inlet (bay side) beach with the ability to rent kayaks, stand up paddling. In season, there is a boat service that goes from the bay beach inside our community to some of the beaches that are further out. The fitness center has 3 pools (including a wave pool).
We are about a 20 minute drive from world famous Rehoboth beach, considered the nation's capital playground. About 45 minutes away is the wild seashore (which is a national park) of Assateague where you can see wild horses running free.
There is a golf course in our community.
A little further (about 2.5 hours) is Washington, DC.
In the summer, spring and fall, the area is replete with farmer's markets.
The area has many fabulous restaurants.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms available for use. One on the bottom floor and 3 on the second floor. There are 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and outfitted with everything you need to make a gourmet meal if you choose. There is an outdoor patio with a grill and counter and lawn furniture along with a fire pit.
