General overview
Cute townhouse in a gated community located near Memorial Park, The Houstonian and Uptown. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I am conveniently located near I-10 and 610 freeways. Walking distance to Weiss Park. Quiet, tree lined street.
The space
Comfortable and tastefully decorated home. All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own private bathroom with a shower/jacuzzi tub combo. The the additional bedrooms each have a queen size bed and share a bathroom that is located in the hall. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs. All bedrooms have Smart TV’s with basic cable.
I keep a tree up year round and decorate it according to season. Also, 2 hypoallergenic dogs (Shih Tzu’s) live here and while I keep my house very clean, I wanted to forewarn anyone with allergies. Tho they don’t shed, they are all over our furniture.
Guest access
Two story town house with 2 assigned parking spots (under a carport and directly in front of my back gate). Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining room and 1/2 bath. All bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms are located upstairs.
Notes
There are 4 smart tv’s in the home with access to Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Fubu, Apple TV, Paramount and Hulu…as well as basic cable tv. There is a Blu ray player and Xbox.
In the back there is a small gated patio area with a small garden and patio seating.
Directly out the front door is a grassy courtyard and a gated swimming pool.
My house is not child proof and there are lots of breakable items...China and crystal. I do have a baby gate for stairs.
Small pets are considered on a per case basis. I do have allergies.
