beautiful new condo (2019) on the ground floor located in a corner building on private street. 2 blocks from beach, shops, restaurants and public transportation. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with private laundry room and equipped kitchen. Roomy bedrooms and living room. 2 Smart TVs (42 inches) with access to Netflix, YouTube and other apps. Professionally decorated with colorful tones to have a relaxed stay. Roofed terrace with partial view of ocean, BBQ grill and bathroom. On the 3rd floor no elevator. 1 car parking stop . There’s no pool in the building but ocean is 4 min walk, there are 2 foldable chairs for the beach.
