General overview
Our house is about 80 m2 on the ground floor in Amsterdam Oud West in a quiet street. 2.5 km from, for example, Anne Frank House.
Built around 1940, but the interior was completely renovated in 2019. There are 2 cats.
The space
The largest room is a living room with open kitchen with doors to the garden (80m2) containing a log cabin and pickinck table.
There are 2 cats living there that need food every day and can be let outside (BEHIND).
What is special is that the king size bed (for 2 adults) can be folded out in the living room. A children's room is also suitable for an adult. the other for children up to the age of 18 (bunk bed). There is also an extendable bed for children up to the age of 12. The shower room and separate toilet are not large. There is another office space but we will put some of our stuff in there.
Guest access
One floor on ground floor.
Notes
There are 2 cats that need to be fed every day. occasionally scoop out the litter box. They are allowed to go outside at the back, but there is no cat flap, so open/close the door. We have 3 bicycles for use, the bicycle is ideal in the city center of Amsterdam. possibly with use of car.

The cat (Maia) and cat (Castor) sleep in the same room (living room and open kitchen) as where the double bed is. They are allowed to go outside (back yard) and the litter box has to be scooped every now and then.

Second children's room with loft bed and pull-out guest bed underneath.

playground right in front of the house. do cross a (quiet) road. No noise inside.
Here is part of the playground. Our house is right next to/behind the small building.
This canal is at the end of our street.
See the many beautiful 1930s statues around the nearby Erasmus Park.
