General Overview
Very bright house facing south, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, Nantes and 1 hour from the sea.
The Space
You will find on the ground floor a beautiful living room of approximately 50m2 facing south including: - a living room with a TV + Apple TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, MyCANAL, Disney +) + sound bar + PS3, - a kitchen open equipped with everything you need for cooking (companion XL multifunction robot, Kitchenaid pastry robot, crepe maker, waffle maker, croque monsieur maker, panini maker, plancha, fondue maker, mixer, blender, raclette maker, etc.)
- a master suite with a 160x200 bed with connected TV and its bathroom with walk-in shower. - and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with bathtub and double sink and 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds + desk (mattress from March 2021 and December 2021) and 1 bedroom with a sofa bed + desk and TV.
Outside, you will find everything you need to relax (garden furniture + garden table and chairs, 3 deck chairs, a parasol, a pergola with or without a roof (it's up to you depending on the weather ;-))

One floor with 2 quarter-turn staircase. Entrance to the house is via a step.
Notes
In summer you will enjoy good vegetables and fruits from the garden and fresh eggs from our 2 chickens.
In winter you can warm up by the wood stove with the purring of our 2 cats: Oasis the furry one and Onyx the black one. FYI, no litter box to take care of and they sleep outside at night (well in the garage :-))

We are located in Vendée:
_ just down from our house you can go for boat trips or on foot (Maison de la rivière),
_ 5 minutes away you can take your first flight in a glider, paramotor and hot air balloon at the St Georges de Montaigu aerodrome
_ only 20 minutes away you will find Clisson, a small medieval town and its pretty walks or Tiffauges and its castle, and for pretty walks in the forests it is 15 minutes away (The Grasla forest)
_ 35 minutes from Puy du Fou
_ 35 minutes away you have the beautiful Nantes to visit with its walks along the Erdre and its famous “Machines of the Island”
_ 45 minutes away you will also find the oriental park of Maulévrier (Japanese garden) to do at night, truly magnificent and exotic
_ 1 hour away there are the Vendée beaches such as St Gilles Croix de Vie, St Jean de Mont and on the Loire-Atlantique side the pretty coves of Pornic with its very friendly port
_ 1 hour away you will also find a great Indian Forest amusement park and right next door a great O Gliss Park water park;
_ at 1h20 Terra Botanica: a great park oriented towards plants and biodiversity
_ at 1h25 the very famous seaside resort La Baule.
- at 1h40 the Futuroscope amusement park.
Suffice to say that if you are bored it is because you have decided to be bored :-)

Less than 10 minutes by car you have 3 supermarkets and a discount store and of course 10 minutes on foot you have the bakery, a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bank.

We are a couple in our forties: Michael and Noémie with a 19-year-old boy, Lucas, and a 17-year-old girl, Juliette.
