General Overview

Our house is in a quiet residential area in West Wickham, 35 mn by trains to central London. We are a 7mn walk to the train station with easy access to Gatwick airport and a bit further from Heathrow airport. We are also 5 minute walk to the High Street where you can find some restaurants, pubs and food shops. We are also 1h30 drive from the Eurotunnel and from the ferry in Dover so it's an easy drive from France

The Space

Our house is over 2 levels. On the top floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms (at the moment we have a single bed in one of the bedrooms however we could put another single bed or double bed in that room if required) and a small single bedroom and the bathroom. On the ground flour, you will find the dining room, kitchen and lounge. From the kitchen and dining room you will have access to the garden area where you can relax and/or cook a barbeque.

Guest Access

We have a set of stairs to get access to the bedrooms and bathroom/toilet

Notes

I work in a school so happy to swap during any UK holidays. We do not smoke so we don't want guests to smoke inside the house however you can smoke in the garden. Access to wifi
