General overview

Spacious villa in Baarn, the green heart of The Netherlands. Very close to Amsterdam and Utrecht but with the comfort of a spacious villa in a very green environment. And also within walking distance of the train station.

The space

The landmark room of the house is the room annex veranda. The luxurious kitchen offers room for 10 at the table and in summertime direct access to the spacious gardens. Play soccer on the lawn, if you like. The kitchen has everything an amateur cook could wish for, and more. Also on the ground floor you find the halls, the utility room with washing machine as well as the cellar (with additional fridges) The entance and the seperate hall connect the kitchen/dining with the living room. The large staiways bring you to the first floor where we have the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room annex. On the other side we have the guest room annex office. The second staicase brings you to a spacious kids space with television and gaming equipment. Also 2 large kids bedrooms with both their own bathroom.
