I live in Södertalje Sweden which is one of the Stockholm’s suburbs. Just 30 km from Gamla Stan and the heart of Stockholm. 
Västergård area is located in the nearby of everything. You can walk to the main train station and get on the train to Stockholm or you can ride a bus to the train station. The lake is just 15 min by walk.
Playgrounds for kids  around and friendly neighborhood.
In Sweden people love sport so you can find many walking routs and cycling as well. 
I have two bicycles available:).

The Space

The space is 51 m2, in the building on the first floor. Has one bedrom, one bathroom, living room with open kitcehn, hallway and balcony.

Guest Access

Guest can access trough the main gate and up to the stairs the first floor or with elevator.

Notes

Smoking is not allowed even on the balcony and must be on the distance from the main entree from the building.

Neighbourhood

Neighborhood is nice, quit and people are nice to. Everybody respect your privacy but don’t tolerate ignorance and braking the rules.
Stores, gym, buses and trains are very close and easy accessible.

Nearest airport

Arlanda airport is 45-50 minutes away. Skavsta airport or 45 minutes away.

Getting Around

By bus, train and even I have two bicycles and many places to ride it. To take a walk trough the beautiful area and to swim in the lake, in summer time of course.
