General overview

Our house is simple and functional. The living room and the dining room are in the same room. A corridor separates the master bedroom in which there is a television. You have access to the garden through the large terrace to eat or relax. The garden is large enough for children to play in. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. In each spacious bedroom upstairs, there are large closets, a large bathroom which was redone in January 2020. We hope you will come and visit our beautiful Brittany!!!

Contemporary family home with a fitted kitchen. Spacious, quiet, equipped. There are games for children inside and outside. The garden is enclosed with a swing, a hut, bicycles, scooters. The house includes: a garage, a washing machine, a freezer, a wood stove, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms including one downstairs, 1 shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, a games room/office which will not be accessible because it is my place of work, 2 televisions, a Playstation PS4, Netflix

We have 2 large bedrooms upstairs in which we can add inflatable mattresses for 2 people. Several board games will be at your disposal as well as DVDs and children's games. We don't want any pets and smokers in the house.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is quiet because it is a dead end street. There is no direct vis-à-vis with the neighbours. Our neighbors are very friendly. We are in the heart of Brittany. The distances from one point of interest to another are short, which is very practical with children. You can combine cultural visits, refreshing swims, find yourself in the middle of a teeming port in the morning and relax in an almost deserted wild cove in the afternoon. And of course, between the two, we enjoy gourmet delights of all kinds - often with salted butter! You have plenty of things to see on the sea or countryside side. Possible sites to visit: The coast: from Dinan to Saint Brieuc Paimpol Brehat Island Island of Batz Pink Granite Coast... a little further : Saint Malo reindeer Brest Valves Concarneau... The 1st beach is 20min away. You will have to go for a walk to the Chaos du Gouët which is a 15min walk away. On the town, there are pretty walks or mountain bike outings to do. You have a football field, a skatepark, tennis courts, play structures for young children. In the surrounding towns, you will have swimming pools, a cinema, a bowling alley, a lasergame, a jumpy for young children, restaurants. There are stores around for shopping. In short, lots of things to do when you come!!!

Getting around

You will need a car to visit as many things as possible in our beautiful Brittany. However, you can walk to get bread or go to the supermarket.
