General Overview

126 square meters in the center of Örebro. Stortorget = 'The Big Square'. 3 rooms. 2 bedrooms and a big living room. The apartment will be refurbished (*so photos of actual apartment will come) and available for swaps during 2021 and beyond. Mainly available during summermonths but can possibly do other periods upon request. Photos shows city and a few golden spots/places 20-30 minutes away.

The Space

Apartment old style. With rather big balcony. Not super fancy, luxurius. But good spot, headquarter for city life and getting aound to nearby places. Hang out for rainy days. In the summer I guess you wanna enjoy swedish sun, nature and light!

Guest Access

On 1:st floor, a few stairs. Works for 4-5 people. Got three beds (two bedrooms, big double bed + one other bed in sons room) but also bedsofa(s)/extra beds to use.

Neighbourhood

Right in the city center. Tons of restaurants around. Supermarket across the street (50 meters). The Castle of Örebro 200 meters away. The beautiful city park (and Wadköping old small citypart + playground for kids, tennis etc) is only 400 meters of strolling alongside the river away.

Getting Around

Close to everything. You can walk anywhere basically. But you probably need car to travel to other cities or lakes, national parks and cities nearby. Although there are buses too - care hire may be good. Also rather close to the big cities. Örebro is some kind of a hub, middle of everything in the 'middle' of Sweden in a way. By car 2 hours to Stockholm, around 3 hours to Gothenburg and about 4 to Oslo. And 2,5 hours to the lovely lake and nature of Siljan/Dalarna. Pretty much the same with train. So good place to get around to other places and use as base camp. Also Örebro is 5th biggest town of Sweden and is a nice city with lots of restaurants and surroundings.

Currently live in Örebro, Sweden, but also have home in Rio De Janeiro (kids half brazilians and their mother/my ex brazilian). Work with music and is into sports, beaches. Anyone with a tennis court attached to home/vacation place - just get in touch! Love tennis and play floorball also + and a fan of both ice hockey and football. Other winter sports not so much! Love the beach and some wilderness/nature now and then also (hikes)! Exchanges from South East Asia welcomed, as well as Greece, Sardinia, Siciliy, Israel. Also Caucasus and some more. Eastern Europe Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary/Austria, Mostly interested in places with beaches/water nearby. And yeah - also houses near coast, lakes in Sweden. Right now not at all interested in Canada, USA, UK or Australia or most big European cities.
