General overview

Fabulous apartment in the best neighborhood in the heart of Tel Aviv. Under five minutes away from the beach, Carmel market, Rothschild Avenue, best cafes and restaurants. Be a real Tel Avivi here! Note: recently renovation began in a building on my street. Work is 7 am until afternoon hours Sun.-Thurs.

The space

One master bedroom + bath/toilet off the bedroom, another room which I use as a study but has a pull-out sofa, living room + kitchen and dining corner, another guest toilet. Amenities: WIFI, flat screen TV (no cable just basic Israeli channels, picture attached is older), 2 AC, Washer + Dryer, Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

Guest access

1st floor, no elevator. No parking (on the street, not always available). Many taxis, buses & city bikes.

Apt. is not Kosher and no smoking what-so-ever.

Neighbourhood

On a small St. off Sheinkin St.(the street was recently renovated), really corner of Sheinkin & Yosef Nassi (but apt. is on Yosef Nassi) so it's in the middle between Allenby & Rothschild and walking distance to market, Rothschild, beach, Dizengoff Center, Neve Tzedek etc. Lots of Tel Aviv cafes. Go to the different Tel Aviv beaches. Carmel Market is great and minutes away. Tuesdays and Fridays there is the Nachlat Binyamin Arts & Crafts Fair. Walk down Shabazi Street and check out Neve Tzedek.

The apartment has everything you need and was decorated 100% to my taste. I instantly felt at home when I arrived.
