General Overview

Welcome to our sun filled home in the active suburbs of Charlotte. 
Newly remodeled kitchen and floors has made this place an absolutely beauty.
 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath.  Master ensuite has a King bed, overlooking the yard and pool. The master ensuite has a tub, walk in shower and toilet and walk in closet.

Both full baths feature double sinks, making it easier for everyone to get ready and the toilets are in separate rooms for maximum usage.

The Space

Large open concept living, dining, kitchen space that leads directly to pool, barbecue, large yard with a trampoline and ninja course.
Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a full bath as well as a medium landing space with plenty of games, toys and activity books to keep the kids occupied if they need a break or its too hot outside.

The house attaches to a separate unit that has a family.  They have their own garage, driveway and entry and are rarely seen.

Guest Access

Two story home. Living, master bedroom and ensuite are on the 1st floor, 2nd floor has the additional bedrooms and full bath.

Notes

We have 5 bikes, ranging from adult male, to 8yr old available to use, as well as helmets to keep you safe.
Pool is stocked with toys to lounge and enjoy!

Neighbourhood

Location is fantastic - The grocery store, trails, restaurants, art center (that frequently has concerts and shows), library and shops are all walking distance.  There is a bus stop less than a block away.  If you have a car, Jetton Park has beautiful trails and access to a beach.

Getting to my home

Best way is to drive 25 mins from the Charlotte airport or taking a bus from downtown

Nearest airport

CLT is about 25 mins away.  GSO is about 1.5 hrs and Raleigh is 2 hrs away

Getting Around

You can use our 5 seater car while visiting us, its a Volvo XC 60,.  Or you are welcome to rent your own car and park in our circle drive.  We are in a very safe areas, only 10 min walk to the police and fire stattion, so crime is rare.
