Neighbourhood

There is always something fun and interesting happening in and around Bondi every day and night of the week. Restaurants and bookshops are buzzing, even on a Monday night in mid winter. We’ve been in Bondi for a decade and it still feels like living in a holiday location; pack you bags and come and experience it for yourself! Walk the coastal walk from Bondi to Bronte and beyond, watch whales from the cliffs in Sep/October, enjoy Sculptures by the Sea in November, hang out with local families on the north end of the beach. Swim and sip a quality coffee in one of the best and scenic ocean pools and cafes at ‘Bondi Icebergs’, enjoy world class international cuisine, local meat raffles and band nights at local pubs, bowling clubs and RSLs. Bondi offers something for every age bracket, the locals are friendly and being ‘dressed up’ spans wearing flip flops out to dinner with shorts to anything that sparkles on the red carpet. We live on the other side of Bondi and are renovating a heritage property a stones throw from the studio. We are happy to leave you to your own devices, or meet up for a sundowner beverage overlooking the beach at the famed North Bondi RSL or invite you along to one of our friendly ocean swim group bay swims.

Sydney airport is 25mins drive from Bondi in non peak times.

Getting Around

The studio combines the private and tranquil atmosphere of a beachside lifestyle with the famous buzz of Bondi's Hall St café precinct. It’s a centrally positioned haven serving up the best of Bondi on a sunny platter being less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. It’s in prime position for public transport linkages to the city and the harbour. Buses depart to the city and Bondi Junction regularly via a bus stop that’s a one-minute walk from the front door. A bus and train to the city takes 25-30min door to door. Two premium quality supermarkets, butcher and a fresh fruit and vegetable market are 100m stroll down the street as well as over 100 beautiful restaurants and cafes being on your doorstep.
