General Overview

We live and work in beautiful Southern California in Los Angeles just minutes from the beach! We live a very secluded area surrounded by nature and have a comfortable home with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds sized beds (and a fold-out bed that sleeps one and another sofa that can sleep one if you have a crowd). We have 1 fireplaces, full kitchen with microwave,double oven, cooktop etc, a laundry room with washer and dryer, piano, wifi, a large TV, etc. We have an outdoor barbecue, and a beautiful balcony with mountain view.

its about 1600sqft with 2 bedrooms 2 bath. Living Room, Dining Room, Big cook kitchen and a kitchen Island

2 stories Rooms are located upstairs Kitchen, living room and dining room are located in the entrance level
