General overview
Our cozy and bright apartment was completely renovated in July '19. It is located in 200 m. from the sea, in beauty green urbanization of Benamara Gardens. Just 3 min walk - quiet sandy beach. In the courtyard we have a pool and garden, and in the apartment you will find thoughtful comfort and modern European design at the level of the best hotels. We installed air conditioning in every room for a relaxing stay. The apartment will be ideal for an adult couple or a couple with a child.
The space
In the bedroom there is a large double bed, in the living room combined with the kitchen there is a double fold-out sofa, a fireplace and coffee tables. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a microwave and oven, washing machine, kitchenware and household appliances. In the bathroom - hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo. Unforgettable breakfasts and dinners await you on the large balcony with French windows and overlooking the courtyard with a fountain.

Getting around
Our apartment is located in a house of two floors in the elite quiet urbanization Benamara Gardens - one of the most sweet and cozy areas of the Costa del Sol. Around - white houses with wonderful gardens, tall palm trees and pines. Next to you - everything you need for life: shops, ATMs, a pharmacy, excellent restaurants and cafes.
A peaceful holiday on a quiet beach can be easily alternated with trips to the most prestigious resorts in Spain. You can drive to the fashionable Puerto Banus in 10 minutes, to trendy Marbella - 15 minutes by car, about the same as the road to charming Estepona.
