General Overview

Our house (170m2), wooden, comfortable (2006), is located in a small peaceful and friendly village in the countryside, 2 km from the city center of Questembert (7000 inhabitants) which will offer you all its services. We carried out the interior and exterior fittings by ourselves and are therefore very attached to it. We have already carried out 16 exchanges: references on request!

The Space

It has 4 bedrooms, is very comfortable. We broke a partition at the top to make a room much bigger but a curtain separates the two spaces. The terrace and its pergola, facing south, will also offer you pleasant moments. We enjoy a tubular swimming pool with a height of 1.22 m, which is very pleasant.

Notes

We love our living environment, not far from the coast of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches...and in the countryside. The ocean is close and Questembert is a small town offering many services and lively in the summer. Our house is simple, very sunny and we feel good there like all the guests we have received. Not far from villages of character there is something for everyone! The house is at the bottom of a village 1km from the city center. We have close neighbors but not overlooked.
