Beautiful 19'20s house but modernized. Big living / play room with piano and TV. lots of toys for toddlers. Plenty of bedrooms, the house has an attached Airbnb including another bathroom, kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms.

Neighbourhood

Epen is a small village, surrounded by nature. We live on the main road but it has some distance to the house. A gate makes sure the front yard is safe for kids to play in too.

Hi, we're a family of 4. Used to live in Altadena CA, but relocated back to our homecountry in the beautiful south of The Netherlands. We're trying to visit the LA area at least once a year for our kids to stay in touch with their birthplace and friends. Ideally we'd find a nice family to house exchange with.
