General Overview
Modern Tropical 3 BR Villa with 10m pool - bright, clean with a beautiful tropical garden.
Designed by one of the most famous Indonesian Architects, the villa has a very special vibe as it sits on a ~4m elevated plot aside a bike path and a Subak (water way) with open views into all directions. The outside seating area is getting beautiful late evening sun and sunset-view through fern- and palm-trees. the small main road is 100m away from the entrance and one can start a 1h walk/run through beautiful rice-fields DIRECTLY from the doorstep. While the nearest decent Restaurant / Cafe / Spa and a Minimarket are all within a 1 minute walk, its only a 10min drive away from Ubud Palace, which can be seen as the "busy" center of Ubud. All main attractions of Central Bali can be accessed PERFECTLY, like the famous Tegallalang Rice terraces are ~10 min away by bike or car.
The Space
You will find everything - you need - from washing machine, proper drying area, Expresso machine, oven, air-fryer, slow juicer, 80 inch smart TV, Wifi Sound System, High Speed Wifi, etc.
Guest Access
from a small main road, you walk 50-100m alongside a Subak (small creek). The guest rooms are located in 2nd floor that you reach via staircase - both are overlooking pool and tropical garden... All other facilities are on ground/pool level.
Notes
location is really convenient - you will likely not need AC at night, as temperatures are usually very pleasant below 25 degrees.

We are an Indonesian/German couple, residing in Bali and Jakarta - Kids are "out of the house".
My wife is a doctor of western- and traditional-chinese-medicine and still operates a small private clinic in Jakarta, while I spend most time in our home in Ubud, Bali, since I early-retired from big corporate a few years back. We are physically active and love to meet new people from around the world and are surely able to add value to guests as we know Ubud, Bali and the neighboring islands pretty well. We love animals, but don't own pets aside from fishes in the pond...
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
