General Overview
Our home is a walk down the street to a quiet small town beach called Yabbra. We have a culturally significant mountain called Gulaga Mountain with a local mountain biking area only a few minutes drive away.
We are a small town off the main town of Narooma, which is a beautiful seaside town with many beaches to visit, hiking, biking, camping or just swimming.
There is many opportunities to see whales either by going out to Montagui Island by a boat tour, diving or fishing. But in the right season you can just see them on the headland.
The Space
We have a 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, the main bedroom is at one end of the house with a huge onsuite and shower for two. The other 3 rooms are at the other end of the house where there is a media rooms and bathroom.
We have a huge kitchen dinning and lounge room that is open to the light with shutters all around to variate the lighting.
There is a huge covered patio, where you can sit and watch the beautiful birds that visit our large back yard.

Neighbourhood
Quiet and safe neighbourhood with people we have known for many years and our children grew up with.
Getting to my home
We are 4.5 hours away from Sydney by car, 2.5 hours from Canberra, 3 hours to the ski fields.
Nearest airport
Moruya has a small REX airline service that flies to Sydney many times per week. Moruya is 30 minutes drive away.
Getting Around
There is a local shop that is a small walk away, the other larger shops are about 6 mins drive. It is beneficial to have a car to get around to all the amazing sites.
