Our holiday home offers approximately 170 m² of comfortable indoor living space, thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for up to 6 guests.

The house features three cozy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy time together. The interior offers a welcoming atmosphere, combining comfort, practicality and a homely feeling.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. Guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and swimming throughout the season, as well as a jacuzzi and sauna for a complete wellness experience.

The spacious garden and outdoor terrace provide plenty of room to unwind, enjoy morning coffee, have meals outdoors or spend lovely evenings together. There is also a barbecue area, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The entire house and outdoor area are exclusively available to our guests, ensuring privacy, comfort and a peaceful holiday experience.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire holiday home and its outdoor areas during their stay.

You will be able to enjoy the whole house, including all three bedrooms, the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor area is also entirely yours to enjoy, including the private heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, garden, terrace and barbecue area.

Private parking is available on the property.

Our holiday home is located in Sveti Ivan Žabno, in the peaceful continental part of Croatia.

The easiest way to reach the property is by car. The house is accessible via local roads and has private parking available directly on the property.

Zagreb Franjo Tuđman International Airport is approximately 60–65 km away, making it convenient for international visitors arriving by plane. From the airport, you can rent a car and reach the house in approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic.

If travelling from Zagreb or other parts of Croatia, the property is easily accessible by car.

We recommend using Google Maps or another navigation app to find the exact location. Detailed directions and the address will be provided before arrival.

Getting Around

A car is the most convenient way to explore the area and discover everything continental Croatia has to offer. Private parking is available directly at the house.

Cycling is also possible and can be a lovely way to explore the surrounding countryside, small villages and beautiful rural landscapes. However, there are no dedicated cycling paths in the immediate area, so cycling is mainly done on regular local roads.

Nearby towns and attractions are easily accessible by car. Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, is also within driving distance and offers plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, shopping, dining and experiencing city life.

We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay, although cycling is a nice alternative for those who enjoy exploring at a slower pace.
