General Overview
My one-bedroom apartment is in a clean and safe elevator building on First Avenue just above the East Village in Manhattan. The apartment has several couches and a flatscreen tv, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a king sized bed, and a view of a beautiful courtyard. It is a quiet and well-positioned place to be based out of while spending time in New York City. There is laundry in the building but not in the apartment itself.
