General Overview

We live in a modern, high-end 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with air conditioning and full amenities. A look over the water from the large balcony, greeted by the bright morning sun, will make your day. Numerous cozy cafes and fine restaurants are only a couple of minutes away on foot. You are able to reach Malta's historic sites, beaches, and cultural venues by well-organized public transportation or a cheap taxi. Take a hop-on hop-off bus to explore the island, or jump on an original Maltese rowboat ferry and cross over to Valletta.

My partner and I live in Malta in a high-end, comfortable flat with panoramic sea views, centrally located directly opposite Valletta. If you’re interested in a relaxing holiday in Malta, you're welcome to stay with us any time of year, whether as a couple, solo, or as seniors. Malta enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year, and you can swim in the Mediterranean from May to November. We're passionate travelers. We are looking for a nice place in the Oslo area, if possible, in Asker/Bærum, or in Kristiansand, for a few weeks in July/August next year. As our children and grandchildren live in Norway, we like to spend part of the summer there. Wendy is Canadian, and her family and most of her friends live in Vancouver, British Columbia. When we travel to Canada, we'd like to try an exchange in beautiful BC. We are retired and moved to sunny Malta after 20 years of sailing. I’m an author and used to work in international business and education. Wendy is a chef and medical assistant. We've done a few exchanges with our apartment in France, and we always enjoy meeting new people.
