Our home is warm and cozy with a generally sunny, south facing back garden...

The Space

Our home has 3 generous double bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the top floor, which has our super comfy Super King size bed in it, a TV and separate bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. The further 2 bedrooms are located on the middle floor along with the main family bathroom which has a bath, shower over bath, toilet and wash basin. The ground floor is home to the living/dining room, kitchen and WC.
We also have a small back garden with a table and chairs for relaxing or enjoying meals outside in the nicer weather and a BBQ.

You can enjoy our WiFi connection and TV's when you are not out and about exploring.

Our house is set over 3 stories and upper floors are accessed by staircases.  
The house itself is accessed via steps and the parking spaces are at the top of the steps.

Neighbourhood

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, our home is on a local bus route and just 15 minutes walk from the town centre. We are also only a 25 minute walk from the River Exe and a short drive to the Grand Western Canal. There are playgrounds and parks within a few minutes walk. There is also a beautiful National Trust site a 20 minute walk away, with acres of parkland to explore as well as a house and gardens. Our neighbours are quiet and friendly and the locals are all very helpful.

Nearest airport

Nearest airport would be Exeter which is about a 30 min drive away, otherwise Bristol airport is about an hours drive.

Getting Around

We are within walking distance of all local shops and supermarkets. We are also on the local and town bus routes. There is a bus stop just outside the house.
