General overview

The area of Chianti located in the territory of Toscana region enclose in this magnificent location all the natural and historical characteristics that are typical of the area. The property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines).

The space

The house is part of the 6-apartment farmhouse, so it is possible that there are other guests as well. and, equally, on request you can also consider higher number of guests (depends on the season: the possibility of welcoming more guests is more between November and March) You can enjoy a large outdoor areas, garden, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,25 m – max. depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10) with panoramic views, barbecue, playground for children with swing. The apartment provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style.

Guest access

Ground floor: large living-room (satellite TV) with double sofa-bed, kitchen corner (oven) and dining area, bathroom with shower. 2 steps higher: large double bedroom. Furnished outdoor area.

Notes

It is recommended to have a car for travel, the area is not very well served by public transport.

For now we are mainly looking for stays in Europe, but for the future we would like to visit other places as well. Since we both have seasonal jobs, we can travel in the months of November to April.
