General Overview

Our home was renovated last year and is located right in the centre of Hvar town. It has a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, a balcony with a sea view and a large terrace with a sink, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. There’s also a lovely garden with fruit trees right in front of the house. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Hvar is a beautiful little island with clear blue sea, charming old streets, great restaurants and plenty of sunshine. It’s the perfect place to slow down, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and experience the magic of island life.

Hi! 😊 I’m looking for a place to stay in Malmö from October 24th to November 16th, and I thought I’d reach out in case a home swap could be a good fit! In exchange, I’d be happy to offer my apartment on the beautiful island of Hvar, Croatia, for a stay anytime between now and June, or from the end of September next year onwards. The apartment is on the first floor of a family house, and we usually rent it to tourists during the summer season. I’m a ceramic artist, and I’m coming to Malmö to visit a ceramics studio, as I’m hoping to relocate there for a few months after the New Year. I’d love to spend some time getting to know the city and exploring the local ceramics scene before making the move. There would be two of us staying, and I also have a friend who already lives in Malmö. I’m flexible with the dates and open to a shorter stay, so I’d be happy to figure out an arrangement that works for both of us. Let me know if this sounds interesting to you!
