Nestled in the beautiful Colorado foothills and surrounded by forest, our spacious guest suite offers a peaceful escape where you can relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

The suite is located on the lower level of our home, with its own private entrance and private bathroom, giving you a comfortable and welcoming space to call your own.

Your private retreat includes:

A comfortable king-size bed

An additional fold-out bed, accommodating up to four guests

A cozy living room for relaxing and unwinding

Personal coffee bar, microwave, and mini-fridge

A private deck with a hot tub surrounded by nature

One of our favorite features is the outdoor setting. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air, soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring, or simply sit outside and appreciate the peaceful beauty of the forest.

A little about our home: We live upstairs, so you may occasionally hear the sounds of everyday family life. We're mindful of our guests and do our best to provide a restful experience while respecting your privacy.

Whether you're visiting the Colorado foothills, exploring the Denver area, or simply looking for a peaceful place to unwind, we hope you'll feel right at home.

The Space

The downstairs guest suite is completely separate from our upstairs living space, with a locking door for privacy and its own private entrance.

Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a desk overlooking the forest, and direct access to the private outdoor deck.

Living Room: Comfortable family room with a large TV, leather reclining seating.  An additional fold-out bed allows the suite to accommodate up to four guests.

Private Deck & Hot Tub: Enjoy your own outdoor deck surrounded by forest, complete with a hot tub for relaxing and soaking in the natural surroundings.

Workout Room: Equipped with a treadmill and stationary bicycle.

Private Bathroom: Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchenette Amenities: Coffee bar, microwave, and mini-fridge for your convenience.

Guest Access

Guests have their own private entrance through the lower-level deck. To reach the entrance, you'll walk down approximately 15 steps. The stairs are not steep and provide easy access to the guest suite. Once downstairs, you'll enjoy your own private space with direct access to the deck and hot tub.

Please note that the suite is accessible by stairs only.

Neighbourhood

Our home sits on two beautiful acres nestled in the Colorado foothills, surrounded by forest, mountain views, and abundant wildlife. It's not uncommon to spot elk, deer, wild turkeys, foxes, and rabbits wandering through the property. Nature is truly part of everyday life here!

While you'll feel tucked away in the peaceful mountains, you're never far from modern conveniences. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are just an 8–10 minute drive in either direction. Head one way toward the city or venture the other way deeper into the mountains for more breathtaking scenery and outdoor adventures.

It's a wonderful balance of mountain tranquility, natural beauty, and convenient access to everything you might need.
