General Overview
Our sunny single story home with peek a boo views of the Olympic Mountains sits on a lovely 1/2 acre in a quiet country neighborhood.
We have amazing access to all things Pacific Northwest - we're an easy drive to some of the best hiking in the temperate rainforests, snowy mountain peeks, beaches galore, ferries to destinations further afield and ONLY 16 INCHES OF RAIN A YEAR!! Forget everything you've heard about rainy Seattle! This is sunny Sequim!
The Space
Single level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with plenty of living spaces inside and out to gather with friends and family.
In the south facing, front great room you'll find comfy arm chairs and the bay window seat that are perfect for morning coffee while enjoying the view of the mountains. Here you'll also find a large dining table for 8, a bevy of books and games and an upright piano.
the north facing side of the house features a large wood burning fireplace, home projector for all your viewing pleasures and a large fully stocked and spacious kitchen.
Out front you're greeted by a large pergola covered porch, while the backyard has a massive deck, apple trees, berry bushes, the sweetest chicken coop, and a wood A-frame glamping tent.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. One room has a queen bed while the other has a day bed that converts from twin to king sized.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is very quiet; birds are by far the loudest thing you'll hear. Our neighbors are wonderful and would be happy to help with any questions you may have. There are lots of foot paths to walk and a protected nature reserve is either a longish walk or a short drive away. The town is about a 10 minute drive but there is a sweet little general store about five minutes away for quick provisions.
Getting to my home
This is definitely a car dependent location.
Nearest airport
Seattle-Tacoma International is the closet airport and is about two hours away. It's a beautiful drive and well worth being away from the mayhem that is the freeway closer to Seattle.
