Cozy, bright, and modern detached house located at the end of a quiet dead-end street in the green Ammerland region. It offers a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to nature, cycling paths, nearby lakes, and the North Sea coast.

The Space

The house features an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, a comfy ceiling-hanging swing chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. For sleeping, two guest rooms offer 1.40m box spring beds, and the main bedroom has a large 2x2m bed. Outside, you can enjoy a garden with two sunny terraces (one covered, one open), a hammock, and Hollywood swings. There is also private driveway parking for up to two cars.

Guest Access

The house is set across two floors (ground floor and upper floor). Guests enter through the main front door and have full access to both floors via an internal staircase. Key handoff details will be provided before your stay. Private parking for up to two cars is available right on the driveway.

Neighbourhood

A quiet, friendly and safe dead-end street with only eight houses. We live right at the edge of nature, so you can walk directly from the street into the surrounding fields and nature paths.

Getting to my home

Best reached by car via the A28 motorway. If traveling by train, the nearest local stations are in Ocholt (approx. 10 mins) or Bad Zwischenahn (approx. 15 mins). Larger regional stations like Oldenburg or Leer are about 30 minutes away by car. By plane, Bremen Airport (BRE) is about 45 minutes away by car, and the larger Hamburg Airport (HAM) is approximately a 2-hour drive.
