General Overview

My home is a spacious 1 bed 1 bath in a luxury condo building in downtown brooklyn. Transit is ultraconvenient (right on top of DeKalb station) with nearby lines so you can get anywhere in manhattan or brooklyn within 20 minutes. Easy access to Trader Joes, restaurants, mall and more on the same block. The building also has nice amenities: spacious gym, lap pool, rooftop pool in summer, sauna, movie theater, common area. Only 5-10 minutes walking from Fort Green and cute areas like Boerum Hill/Cobble Hill! The furnished apartment has a queen bed and a standing desk, with approximately 730 square feet of space. Guests can use the building amenities; the rooftop pool is seasonal. We're looking for a simultaneous exchange with a furnished San Francisco home for two people and our two cats, ideally January 15–April 30, 2027. Our start date can fall between January 7 and February 1, and we can stay into mid-May or potentially a little later. Our Brooklyn home is available for the corresponding period. Our cats will be traveling with us, so no pet care is required at our home. Because cats normally live here, please keep that in mind if you have allergies.

We're two people based in Downtown Brooklyn, looking for a home exchange in San Francisco from January to late April or mid-May 2027. Our furnished one-bedroom home is available for the same period. We'll be traveling with our two cats, so we need a cat-friendly home in SF; no pet care is needed at our Brooklyn apartment during the exchange.
