General Overview

One bedroom apartment on the top floor with a balcony and a well equipped kitchen

The Space

The apartment is 40 m2 with a bed room, living room and kitchen. The bed is 120 cm and an extra mattress is available. The bed room is small but functional. The living room has a dining area with room for four people. A sofa with a TV equipped with chrome cast. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, moccamaster coffee brewer and direct access to the balcony. The balcony is wonderful for breakfasts. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The washing machines are located on the first floor and shared with the other apartments. And available through a booking app. The house has a shared roof top terrace which is on one of the pictures. The terrace requires no booking and is usually available. What I like most about my apartment is that the area is very calm and quiet while simultaneously being a 10 min walk from the beach and about 15 min from the city center.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is calm and one of Malmö's most affluent. It is near the beach and the city center. Malmö has several beautiful parks and is easy to discover by foot. Due to the mix of cultures the food scene in Malmö is very diverse with many excellent venues. Malmö is the third biggest town in Sweden with a population of about 350 000 people. Copenhagen is a 40 min train ride away.
