Quinag is a luxury contemporary holiday house in Achiltibuie in the North-West of Scotland, with a mountain backdrop and south-west facing views of the Summer Isles, Loch Broom, and the mountains of Wester Ross beyond. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this stunning corner of the Highlands with its unspoilt primeval landscape, improbable mountains, rugged coastline and enchanting islands, or take part in the many outdoor pursuits this area has to offer.

The Space

The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, with three bathrooms and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with double height ceiling and a cosy mezzanine with great sea views. The living area and garden have uninterrupted views of the sea and the Summer Isles

Neighbourhood

Achiltibuie is a small and welcoming rural community on the Coigach peninsula in the far north of Scotland. Fishing and farming are the traditional activities, but the area has attracted an eclectic group of residents with many musicians, artists and makers, who contribute to a very lively local community. The house is in the village close to the local shop and not far from either of the two bar/restaurants serving local seafood. Most visitors come for the peace and quiet, hillwalking, fishing, kayaking, bird and wildlife watching, and some great local beaches.

Achiltibuie is a 2 hour drive from Inverness, and a 5 hour drive from either Edinburgh or Glasgow

A car is necessary to get there. The house is a minutes walk from the local shop.
