General Overview

My husband and I are two teachers that travel as much as we can during our time off. We’re hoping to travel more often in the next few years and home swapping seems like it would help us explore more places and meet new people.,My husband and I are two teachers that travel as much as we can during our time off. My family is from Hawaii while Adam’s family is from Vermont. We love living in Southern California!

The Space

Our home was built in June 2018. So, it’s relatively new. There are two spare guestrooms down a guestroom hallway as well as a spare guest bathroom. There is a laundry room upstairs. The kitchen and main living area are included in the photos. There is also a small loft upstairs. We have a small patio as well.

Guest Access

There are two floors to our home. The main entrance of the home is secured with a digital door lock. Guests are given the access code. No physical keys needed.

Notes

We have three low maintenance cats. All are easy going! We also have a car that can be made available.

Neighbourhood

We live in a very safe little community. There’s a beautiful park two blocks away and a shopping center about one mile away. The beaches are 12 miles away and Disneyland is 4 miles away. It’s a 90 minute drive to the mountains and lakes.

Getting Around

Our guests have used Flix bus to get to the nearest station which is the Anaheim Arctic station. Otherwise, a car would be the beat way to explore the area.
