General Overview

Our unit is the size of a house and bright and airy to catch the sea breezes. We love that we can walk everywhere - shopping, cafes, the beach, the river for paddling, and tennis and bowls clubs nearby. We've got great neighbours and it is a quiet area.

Martin

We are a couple just turned seventy, fit and active. We’re keen to visit the UK, Ireland, southern France. We would prefer a reasonable time in one location say 2+ weeks or even longer as it is a long distance from ‘Down Under’. Our unit is a large 3brm, 2 bathrooms and double garage. We are in a small group of units (6 of us) and neighbours are great. It is only about 500m from a beautiful sandy patrolled beach and about 300m from the Maroochy River. Visitors will have access to kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) We are about 90 minutes from Brisbane and 20 minutes from a major regional airport with access to the Great Barrier Reef to the north and Melbourne and Sydney to the south. World Heritage Fraser Island/K’gari is about 4 hours drive to the north and there are rainforest waterfalls to the west of us. There is a vehicle available if required. It is a beautiful part of Queensland.
