General Overview
We are offering a different kind of home exchange: a stay at Agripas Hotel in the heart of Jerusalem in exchange for a stay in your home.
We are a large Jerusalem-based family and would like to regularly spend family Shabbat weekends in different parts of Israel, discovering new places, landscapes and communities.
We are mainly looking for beautiful family homes that can accommodate approximately 10 people, ideally from Thursday until Saturday evening after Shabbat.
In exchange, we offer a credit for rooms and nights at Agripas Hotel Jerusalem, to be used on dates agreed upon together and subject to availability. The exchange does not need to take place at the same time.
Welcome to Agripas Hotel Jerusalem.
Agripas is a 52-room hotel located at 15 Agripas Street, in the heart of Jerusalem.
The location is ideal for discovering the city. Mahane Yehuda Market, Jaffa Street, the city center, restaurants, shops and numerous synagogues are all within easy reach.
Our exchange concept is very simple:
You welcome our family into your home, and we welcome you to Agripas Hotel in Jerusalem.
The two stays can take place on completely different dates.
For example, our family could stay at your home from Thursday until Saturday evening, while you could use your Agripas Hotel credit several weeks or even months later.
This makes the exchange flexible and easy for both sides.
The Space
Agripas Hotel has 52 guest rooms and can accommodate couples, families and groups.
Our exchange system is flexible.
Depending on the value agreed upon for the exchange, we can provide a certain number of room-nights at Agripas Hotel.
For example, a credit of four room-nights could be used as:
1 room for 4 nights, or 2 rooms for 2 nights,
subject to the agreement and hotel availability.
This gives you the flexibility to decide how you would like to enjoy your stay in Jerusalem.
Guest Access
Exchange guests stay at Agripas Hotel just like our regular hotel guests and have access to the hotel areas and services normally available to guests.
The dates, number of rooms and length of stay will be agreed upon in advance according to the exchange credit and hotel availability.
With prior agreement, the hotel credit may also be used for members of your family or your guests.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for family homes throughout Israel.
We are particularly interested in:
– Homes accommodating approximately 10 people
– Ideally 4–6 bedrooms
– Beautiful views of the sea, mountains, Kinneret or desert
– Peaceful and pleasant surroundings
– A synagogue within walking distance
– A home suitable for observing Shabbat
– The possibility of staying from Thursday until Saturday evening after Shabbat
We would love to discover different regions and communities throughout Israel: the Galilee, Golan Heights, Kinneret, Carmel, Zikhron Yaakov, Caesarea and the Mediterranean coast, Haifa, the Negev, Mitzpe Ramon, the Arava and many other places.
What We Offer
In exchange for the use of your home, we offer room-nights at Agripas Hotel Jerusalem.
We are particularly interested in non-simultaneous exchanges.
This means that you do not need to visit Jerusalem while we are staying at your home.
You can use your Agripas Hotel credit at another time, on dates agreed upon together and subject to availability.
Our goal is to build a small network of beautiful homes and friendly owners throughout Israel with whom we can arrange exchanges on a regular basis.
Our calendar is intentionally marked “Non-simultaneous”. Your stay at Agripas Hotel does not need to coincide with our stay in your home. Hotel dates and the number of rooms will be agreed separately, subject to availability.

Agripas Hotel enjoys an excellent central location in Jerusalem.
The hotel is located on Agripas Street, close to one of the most vibrant areas of the city.
The famous Mahane Yehuda Market is within walking distance, as are Jaffa Street, the city center, shops, cafés, restaurants and numerous synagogues.
Jerusalem's Old City and the Western Wall are also easily accessible by public transportation or on foot for those who enjoy walking.
Our location allows you to experience Jerusalem as a local rather than simply visit it as a tourist.

Jerusalem's Yitzhak Navon railway station and Central Bus Station are nearby.
From Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport, the train is one of the easiest ways to reach Jerusalem.

Ben Gurion Airport has a direct train connection to Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem–Yitzhak Navon railway station is located close to Agripas Hotel.
The train journey from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem takes approximately 25 minutes, plus the short journey from the railway station to the hotel.
Getting Around
Because of Agripas Hotel's central location, a car is generally not necessary for exploring central Jerusalem.
Mahane Yehuda Market and many shops, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.
Jaffa Street and Jerusalem's light rail provide convenient access to many other parts of the city.
Taxis and public transportation are also readily available.
