Our Home in Dragør, by the Sea and Close to Copenhagen
Welcome to our home in beautiful Dragør, a charming seaside town just outside Copenhagen. We love living here because it offers the perfect balance of tranquility, nature, and city life. Within minutes, you can be walking along the waterfront, enjoying a coffee by the harbour, exploring the historic old town, or cycling through open coastal landscapes.
Our house is a bright and comfortable family home spread over two floors. We've created a space that feels relaxed, welcoming, and easy to enjoy, whether you're spending a quiet evening on the terrace, cooking together in the kitchen, or returning home after a day of exploring Copenhagen.
The heart of the house is the open kitchen and dining area, where we gather for meals, conversations, and time together. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the living room opens directly onto a private sunny terrace. During the warmer months, we spend much of our time outside, enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, relaxing with a book, or sharing dinner outdoors on long summer evenings.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has access to a lovely balcony overlooking greenery, while the other bedrooms offer peaceful spaces to unwind after a day of adventures. The spacious bathroom features a skylight that fills the room with natural daylight.
Why We Love Dragør
Dragør is one of those rare places that immediately makes people slow down and smile. The old town, with its cobbled streets and traditional yellow houses, feels timeless. The harbour is full of life, with sailboats, cafés, and restaurants overlooking the water. On clear days, you can see the Øresund Bridge stretching across the sea toward Sweden.
We especially love the variety of experiences right on our doorstep. A morning swim in the sea, a walk through Kongelunden forest, a visit to the harbour for ice cream, or a day exploring Copenhagen. Everything is close, yet life here feels wonderfully peaceful.
