I have a beautiful leafy outlook that is literally almost on the pilon of the Harbour Bridge an easy walk over the bridge into the CBD or into the village of Kirribilli or North Sydney are an equal distance both just a seven minute walk away… We have a number of beautiful local parks. It is an absolute delight around here! There is plenty of offstreet parking and you can get anywhere in the wider Sydney area within 15 to 20 minutes from this location, extremely Central.

The house has really high ceilings and hardwood floors and is just beautiful and comfortable. Albeit very small. There is also a garden out the back with a clothesline, a lemon tree and tennis courts at the rear so no neighbors looking in kookaburra’s will meet you in the morning right here in the middle of the city!
