🏔️ Modern Mountain Loft in Eden, Utah Welcome to our spacious 1,000-square-foot loft apartment in beautiful Eden, Utah, nestled in the heart of Ogden Valley. This comfortable one-bedroom loft is the perfect year-round getaway for couples, families, and outdoor enthusiasts looking to enjoy the mountains while still being close to the city. We’re conveniently located just 15 minutes from three ski resorts—Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley, making the loft an ideal home base for a winter ski or snowboard vacation. In the warmer months, the area transforms into an outdoor playground with mountain biking, hiking, trail running, boating, paddleboarding, fishing, and scenic drives all nearby. Pineview Reservoir is just a short drive away, and the surrounding mountains offer beautiful scenery in every season. When you’re ready to explore beyond the mountains, downtown Ogden is about 25 minutes away, with restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, breweries, historic 25th Street, and additional outdoor activities. The loft includes a full kitchen, private bathroom, comfortable living area, and sleeping accommodations, making it easy to settle in and enjoy a longer stay.

The Space

We are located in the Heart of Eden/Ogden valley on a little over three acres. We have a filtered swimming pond and sand volleyball courts. You can walk to the school pickelball/tennis courts. Three ski resorts 5-25 minutes. Nordic valley, Powder mountain, and Snowbasin.

Guest Access

The loft is on the upstairs floor. Access is through the garage. The loft is connected to the house but a Complete separate entry.

Notes

We have a super friendly German Shepard that is very people friendly just doesn’t like other dogs.
