General Overview

Welcome to this comfortable well-equipped 1550 sq ft family home. Includes 3-bedroom, 2-bath on the westside of Culver City—perfectly positioned just minutes from Marina and Playa Del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and the best of Southern California’s top destinations. It offers residential tranquility and urban accessibility.

The Space

Entering our home it's has several windows that deliver natural light. It has on open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island then flows into a workspace and living room. There is two bedrooms that share a bathroom located next to the laundry area. We have a second living room that divides the front of the house to the back master bedroom. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. There are two 55 inch flat-screen TV's that include several streaming platforms. The yard has a seating area and gas barbecue. In the rear of the property there is fruit trees that include orange, lemon and persimmon. Fruit is available when in season.

Guest Access

This is a one story house. There are three steps up to the front porch. There are two steps down into the backyard.

Notes

The house can comfortably sleep 5 people. Two bedroom + 1 full bathroom 1 master bedroom + en-suite bathroom. 1 Queen, 1 twin and 1 California King sized beds. Pet free.

Plenty of street parking, 10 minute drive to the beach, close to bus lines and the metro, 3 miles from downtown Culver City and a 2 minute drive to the on-ramp of the 405 freeway to the rest of L.A Minutes away to Cedar Sinai urgent care. Close proximity to UCLA and Cedar Sinai hospitals.
