General Overview

My semi detached house is in a quiet, off the road terrace nestled between the river and Ireland's longest street, Blarney St. The terrace is gated and very secure. There's a quaint enclosed, private back yard and a private patio with plants out front. The house is south facing, getting sun all day with a washing line. All windows are double glazed.

The Space

Ground floor..There is a cosy living room with wooden floors. A spare room for bikes ,a kitchen and enclosed private yard with an extra toilet.
Upper floor..main bedroom with king size bed, an artists studio with a spare single mattress, and the main.bathroom. with shower.

Guest Access

There are a few steps to the property. The terrace is gated for security by 3 different access points.

Neighbourhood

The centre of town is only a 10 min walk. There is a veg market nearby on Sat mornings.Art galleries, cinema,cafes and pubs all within walking distance. Thee are 2 really cool pubs on the quay that host live music and quirky quiz nights. The pubs I play in are only 15 mins away where there are regular, daily Irish traditional sessions. I am steeped in the musical scene in Cork and could recommend the best spots for free live music.

I am an artist and musician steeped in the artistic culture of Cork City, Ireland. I also teach drawing and painting at Cork College of Art.
I have a studio in my house so if you're a visual artist you're welcome to use. There is a guitar also if you get the urge and don't want to have to travel with one. 
I have an adorable cat called Peggy who likes some attention and company but is often outside prowling, and usually sleeps indoors at night.
