General Overview

Wonderful, spacious, bright, modern family home in the heart of Topanga. 2 minutes walk from amazing trails into the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains. Ten minutes from the beach, ten minutes to Woodland Hills, 25 minutes to Hollywood and walking distance to the local cafe. This home has 3 large bedrooms and a queen Murphy bed in the garage. The house has decks galore with great views of the canyon. It’s a perfect family getaway! No pets!

The space
Layout and amenities: The kitchen and large living room are on the first floor, along with the master bedroom. The master bathroom has recently been renovated and has double sinks and a giant bathtub with excellent water pressure! Naturally, the shower is amazing. The master bedroom also has a huge walk in closet. Downstairs there are two large children’s bedrooms and a bathroom with full bath and shower. One room has a giant sleeping loft! And of course a fire pole to get down! The master and one of the children’s rooms have very large walk in closets. The children’s rooms come with desks. There is hardwood flooring in the main living area. There is new carpet throughout the rest of the house. The house also comes with all new appliances- oversized washer/dryer, fridge, oven and dishwasher. The house also has a recent coat of interior paint.

Garage: The garage has a separate office space with views of the canyon. It also boasts a queen pull out/Murphy bed, a TV area, and the garage door opens up to the garden for inside-outside activities. The garage gets cold in the winter and has a small space heater - so it could be cooler in there if used as a bedroom.

High ceilings and huge windows throughout the house allow ample light to flood in daily. The house has sweeping views of the canyon from the decks - great for watching the sun go down with a glass of champagne. The house has full forced air heating and air conditioning. 

The house comes fully furnished with everything a busy family needs. The kitchen comes with an Instapot, Vitamix, Nespresso machine and milk frother, 2 French presses, coffe grinder, Double oven, Dutch oven, 7 speed mixer, slow cooker, Breville Sandwich maker, etc. Sorry, no pets anymore. Too much past damage. All utilities and high speed internet included (500/50). A mesh wifi system installed throughout the house to speed things up. No cable TV, but the TV in the main room and garage is hooked up to Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Amazon etc.

We ask for a $250 cleaning fee that you pay direct to the cleaners. We need to reset for the next guest that could be a paying Airbnb guest. Thank you
