General Overview

My home is a sunny, fully equipped one-bedroom apartment, ideal for one person or a couple. The ocean-facing balcony is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy a slow morning. Inside, original artwork and personal touches give the space a warm, creative feel, it’s a home with character, somewhere to settle in rather than simply stay. The apartment is in a spacious waterfront complex on the quieter, residential bay side of South Beach. There are beautiful gardens overlooking Biscayne Bay, two gorgeous pools, and a waterfront promenade for walks and sunsets. The complex also has on-site dining, and a Pura Vida café for an easy breakfast, smoothie, or lunch. What I love about living here is having the water and greenery around me while still being close to everything. The beach is approximately a 20-minute walk or seven-minute bike ride away, and Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance. You can enjoy the energy of South Beach, then come home to a more relaxed setting by the bay. It’s a lovely base for someone who appreciates art, natural light, mornings on the balcony, and time to experience Miami beyond a short holiday.

Asma

Hi, I’m Asma! I’m an artist based in South Beach, Miami. I love art, architecture, good coffee, and staying active, whether that’s playing beach volleyball, cycling, or taking a long walk by the water. When I travel, I enjoy having time to settle into a neighborhood, find a favorite café, visit galleries, and experience everyday life rather than rush between sights. Japan is a place I’m especially drawn to, and I’m hoping to spend a month in Tokyo in January or February 2027. My home is a sunny, creative space filled with original artwork and personal touches.
