Living Room/Second Bedroom: - A bright, open living room featuring a comfortable leather sofa, armchair, coffee table, large flat-screen TV, and pleasant decor with indoor plants. - Features a queensized bed and wardrobe, so can work as either a living room or a bedroom Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area: - A spacious, self-contained kitchen with tiled flooring and ample cabinetry. - Features a gas stovetop, oven, kettle, toaster, full-sized refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and tableware. It includes a dining table set next to large windows overlooking the courtyard. Main Bedroom with Elevated Platform Bed & Study Desk: - A cozy bedroom with classic hardwood parquet flooring, featuring an elevated platform double bed accessible by a set of steps. Next to the windows is a dedicated work desk with a monitor, comfortable office chair, storage drawers, and greenery—a quiet, ergonomic study and remote work setup. - Includes mirrored wardrobe storage. I (24) am a final-year Master’s Law student from Charles University heading to Dublin for an Erasmus exchange at the UCD Sutherland School of Law, and my partner (25) is a musician and producer who works quietly on headphones. Location: Dublin (anywhere with reasonable transit to UCD is welcome) Reliable Wi-Fi and a desk/work setup for studying. ✨ WHAT WE OFFER IN RETURN (Prague) ✨ A lovely, fully furnished apartment in Žižkov (Bořivojova Street) – one of Prague’s coolest, most vibrant central neighbourhoods. Comfortably accommodates 2–3 people with complete privacy. Fantastic location: walking distance to Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad (famous farmers' markets, cafes, bakeries) and Riegrovy sady park (amazing sunset castle views). Two tram stops from the main train station. Direct and quick public transit (trams/metro) straight into the historic city centre, universities (VŠE, Charles University). Tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. We are ideally looking for a simultaneous home exchange, but we are also open to: Renting / subletting your place in Dublin directly.
