I love travelling, discovering new places and experiencing cities through their everyday life rather than just as a tourist. I work in the creative field, so art, design, photography, music and everything related to visual culture are a big part of my life. I live on my own in an apartment in the historic centre of Palermo, surrounded by the unique atmosphere of the old city. It’s a very lively and authentic area, perfect for exploring Palermo on foot and experiencing its markets, architecture, food and nightlife. My home is on the second floor and has one bedroom and two bathrooms. It’s my actual home, so it’s a personal, comfortable and lived-in space, with a mix of contemporary details and the character of a Sicilian city apartment. I’m particularly interested in reciprocal home exchanges, as I really like the idea of two people swapping their everyday lives for a little while: you enjoy Palermo from my home, while I discover your city from yours.
