Located just blocks from Lake Washington, our home offers the best of Seattle living—a quiet, friendly neighborhood within a 15-minute drive to downtown, 30 minutes to Sea-Tac Airport, and steps away from excellent public transportation options.

Neighbourhood

We live in a sweet neighborhood with coffee shops and a few restaurants 2-3 blocks away. Within a mile/1.5 kilometers, there is another commercial stretch with more restaurants, a postal store, Starbucks, and an amazing neighborhood grocery with a stellar wine collection.

Nearest airport

20-30 mins by car, 40 mins by light rail

Getting Around

Seattle is best navigated with a car to get to everything, but our neighborhood is fairly accessible without. We live on several bus lines to downtown, are near the light rail that can go to the Eastside/Bellevue, airport, university and further north. Our neighborhood is very hilly, so e-bikes (which are available for rent via Lime) are easier to use

Mara

We are Mara, Andy, and our active 3.5-year-old daughter, Phoebe, along with our two easygoing cats.
